If you would like to cancel an item you have ordered, please let us know ASAP. Please note that sending an email does not cancel your order until we have confirmed it. Items that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

At this time we do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if you received a personalized item that you are not 100% satisfied with, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it right. Find out more below.
Can I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we would be happy to credit back to you or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Items not in original new condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
* Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost associated with sending your refund back will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return an item bought from a store location?
At this time, we are not able to offer refund or exchanges for items bought from a store front location. Please contact the store directly, or send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining your situation. We are always happy to work things out.
I received a broken item, what do I do?
We do hand make and hand check each piece of jewelry with love and care. If you receive a defected item please send us an email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include a photo and we will do our best to resolve the situation on a case by case basis.
The piece broke while I was wearing it, what do I do?
Every piece of jewelry is made in our studio with love and care. If an item does break, we would be happy to repair the item for you, just send us an email with a photo so we can send you a repair quote. Repair fees and shipping costs would be of the responsibility of the customer.
