Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and offer full refunds for non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items. However, if you are unsatisfied with a personalised product, contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging to qualify. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FAQS

Can I return an item purchased in-store?

We do not currently process returns or exchanges for items purchased from physical store locations. Please contact the store directly or email us at info@sparklingwishes.gr. We are happy to help.

What should I do if I receive a broken item?

Each piece is handcrafted with care. If you receive a defective item, please email us at info@sparklingwishes.gr within 3 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

My jewelry broke while I was wearing it. What are my options?

If a piece breaks during wear, we offer repair services. Email us a photo of the damage and we will provide a repair quote. Please note that repair fees and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Gift returns

If you received a gift from Sparkling Wishes and wish to return it, please contact us. Gifts can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Store credit or refunds do not apply to gift returns.

Important note For a return or exchange to be accepted, proof of purchase is required. Without proof of purchase we cannot proceed with a refund or product replacement.
